How does the discount apply?
Your 15% or 25% member discount applies to your online orders at b1stshop.com while your membership is active. It is not available in-store.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Monthly memberships have a 2-order minimum. Yearly memberships are prepaid for 12 months.
Can I get a refund?
All membership payments, monthly or yearly, are final and non-refundable. This includes yearly memberships, so unused months are not refunded.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel from your account after the 2-order minimum (monthly). If you cancel, your benefits continue through the end of the period you paid for.
What does "founder price locked" mean?
Your founder rate stays the same for as long as you stay subscribed. If you cancel and rejoin later, current pricing applies.
Why are spots limited?
