Shipping Policy

We ship anywhere in the US through UPS. Shipping costs are figured live at checkout from your order's weight and your address, so you only pay what your order actually costs to ship.

Free shipping on US orders of $150 or more.

Processing time: Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business day.

Delivery time: That depends on the UPS option you pick at checkout. Ground usually takes 2 to 5 business days.

Large orders may ship in more than one box, with tracking for each one. For security, larger orders may need a signature at delivery.

Items shipped by our partner brands: Some products ship directly from the brand that makes them, through our Shopify Collective partners. These items may arrive separately, on their own timeline and with their own tracking. Shipping for them is figured at checkout and may be charged separately.

New York orders: Under New York law, we can't sell weight-loss or muscle-building supplements to anyone under 18. Orders shipping to New York that include these products need an adult signature at delivery, and the person signing must show ID. An adult signature fee may be added to these orders. If no adult is available to sign, UPS will try again or hold the package for pickup.

Heat-sensitive items like chocolate-coated bars may melt in hot weather. We pack with care, but we can't guarantee their condition in summer heat.

Lost or damaged packages: Let us know within 7 days of delivery. For damage, include photos of the box and the products. Once UPS shows a package as delivered, we aren't responsible for stolen packages, but we'll gladly help you file a claim with the carrier. Replacements or refunds for lost or damaged orders are issued after the carrier claim is reviewed. We recommend adding package protection at checkout when it's offered.

We don't currently ship internationally.
