Subscriptions

Subscriptions require a minimum of 2 orders. After your second order has processed, you can cancel, pause, skip or change your subscription anytime before your next billing date. Just log in to your account and manage it under Subscriptions, or email us at info@b1stnutrition.com.

If you cancel before completing your 2-order minimum, the subscription discount on your first order may be charged back to your original payment method.

Changes or cancellations have to be made before the order is processed on your billing date. Once a subscription order has been charged, it's final and can't be refunded, because our products are food and other consumables.

There are no cancellation fees, and you're never locked into a minimum number of orders unless that's stated on the product page when you sign up.

Memberships: All membership payments, monthly or yearly, are final and non-refundable. If you cancel, your member benefits continue until the end of the period you paid for.

Subscription discounts
Any subscription discount applies only while your subscription is active. If you cancel, future purchases are charged at regular price.

Pre-orders and backorders
You can cancel a pre-order or backordered item for a full refund anytime before it ships. Once it ships, our Refund Policy applies.
