Directions & Warnings

Directions:

Take 1 capsule (50mg) 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime with a small source of dietary fat — such as a handful of nuts, a capsule of olive oil, or a light evening snack. Those who find 50mg insufficient may take 2 capsules (100mg) before bed. Do not exceed 2 capsules per day. Morning use is possible for those specifically targeting daytime calm, though 2 capsules in the morning may be too sedating for some.

Warnings:

Those taking prescription sedatives, benzodiazepines, or blood-thinning medications should consult a healthcare provider before use, as there may be interactions at higher doses through CYP450 enzyme pathways. Pregnant or nursing individuals should consult their provider before use. Those with estrogen-sensitive conditions, including ER-positive breast cancer or endometriosis, or those using hormone therapy, should consult their healthcare provider before use.
