It is IP68 water resistant to 1 meter for up to 2 hours and gets up to 14 days of battery per charge. Core metrics are free in the Hume app with no subscription required.

Care & charging:

Charge over USB-C about once every two weeks. Rinse the strap as needed and wipe the module with a slightly damp cloth, then let it air dry.
