Blend
Combine ice, water or beverage of choice, and 1 scoop of protein powder. Blend until well combined.
Shake
Add 1 scoop of protein powder with 16 oz of water in a blender bottle. Shake until dissolved. Foam is normal, let stand for 1-2 minutes for foam to subside.
Why is the Clear Protein Powder frothy after mixing? The frothiness comes from our ultra-filtered protein formulation, which creates a light, airy consistency when shaken. This is normal and common with clear whey isolates. Letting your drink sit for a minute after mixing will help the foam settle.
