How should I take it and can it be mixed with other Rho products?
For optimal results, we suggest taking Rho NAD+ in the morning to fuel your day with sustained energy. The recommended daily dose is 4ml, equivalent to just under one teaspoon. You have the flexibility to take it with or without food, directly from the teaspoon, or mixed into any beverage of your choice.
