How should I take it and can it be mixed with other Rho products?
You can take Rho Quercetin anytime of day. The recommended daily dose is 6ml, equivalent to just over one teaspoon. You have the flexibility to take it with or without food, directly from the teaspoon, or mixed into any beverage of your choice. You can combine Rho with other Rho products in the same drink for added convenience.
