Nope! While we recommend refrigerating all Rho products for optimal taste, they do not need to be refrigerated and can be taken out of the refrigerator while traveling.
How do you recommend taking Liposomal Vitamin C?
We recommend taking 1 serving per day, 5 ml, which is 1 teaspoon. It can be taken directly but to be best enjoyed we recommend stringing it into cold water or juice or mixing it into your favorite smoothie for a delicious experience.
