Directions:

New to Black Ant: mix 1 level scoop into 8 to 16 oz of cold water and consume 15 to 30 minutes before training to assess tolerance. Once tolerance is established, use 2 rounded scoops in 8 to 16 oz of cold water 15 to 30 minutes before your workout for the full serving.
